We understand the importance of continuous training and development in the various tracks of contact centre operations and we have been the Sole Authorised Education Provider (AEP) to QAI Global Institute for over six years. QAI has a wide bouquet of over 300 trainings and certifications and we currently offer and trade the following certified training programs locally through the Frontline Training Academy (FTA) trademark; the workforce development division of ConSol :
  1. Agent-Plus Certification (For Frontline Customer Service/Contact Centre)
  2. Certified Contact Centre Team-Lead (CCCTL)
  3. Certified Contact Centre Quality Analyst (CCCQA)
  4. Certified Contact Centre Manager (CCCM)
